Each year Kauai Outdoor Circle recognizes public and private gardens for their beauty, efficiency, productivity, and other exceptional qualities. For a garden to be nominated there are a few requirements: 1. The property owner must give their permission for the nomination. 2. The judges must be able to visit the garden.
